Value- What details in a composition tell it's story - where does the viewer find value in images and sound? Awe - What experiences inspire awe in the artist? Does our experience of awe translate to the viewer? Punctum - What are the details in the picture capable of affecting the viewer in a personal capacity? Where does the viewer linger? We recorded viewings of 40 artist compositions and used an camera from Eye Response Inc. to record the viewer's actual response to our work. The results reveal how differently art is percieved by each viewer. |
