Are you an experienced Product Manager looking for the next step in your career?
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and commercialisation of Perspectum’s innovative products.
In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy, define product requirements, and ensure successful product launches.
You will need a strong background in product management within the healthcare or medical device industry, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
About the role
Essential
- Take responsibility for the technical and commercial success of their products
- Drive internal buy in and resourcing for the development and servicing of their products
- Provide and organise content for sales pitches as well as post-sales support
- Define and refine the value proposition for their products for different stakeholder groups
- Define and influence the market placement of products
- Update, manage and share the product roadmap internally
- Gather customer feedback on existing products and work with internal teams to translate into product improvements/features to satisfy requirements
- Play a key role in defining new versions and new features of their products based on customer experience/feedback to feed into product strategy Monitor and analyze competitor activity, global markets, and identify trends for the product/programme/portfolio
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, trade shows, etc
- Work with engineering, QA, service, RA, and operations to ensure product complies with regularory requirements and customer-demanded standards, including information security, QSR, and traceability Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and customers Coach and develop new Product team members
- Coordinate marketing campaign/initiatives/events for specific product
- Ensure the successful commercialisation and utilisation of product
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product management team members, fostering their professional growth and development

- Represent the team and company at sales meetings, conferences, trade shows, etc
- Play a key role in determining which events are of most benefit to the product/programme/portfolio.
- Represent Perspectum and present accordingly
About you
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Solid understanding of the MedTech/Medical Devices/similar industry, including market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and customer needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
